Septage Land Application Approvals for Canadian Septic Companies
We deal with the government so you can keep your trucks on the road.
Every load to the treatment plant costs you money
If you haul every load of septage to a treatment plant, you pay disposal fees on every trip, plus the fuel and driver time to get there and back. In busy season that adds up fast, and it comes straight out of your profit.
An approved land application site lets you spread septage on suitable farmland instead. For many septic companies, that means lower disposal costs per load and shorter trips.
The catch is getting approved. The application can run 70 pages or more, and most owners don't have the time to put it together between pump-outs. That's the part we handle.
What we do
We prepare your complete application and deal with the government on your behalf:
- Gather the site, soil and farm details the application needs
- Write and assemble the full application package
- Submit it and handle questions and follow-up from the government
- Keep you updated so you always know where it stands
You keep running jobs. We do the paperwork.
What you'll need to provide
We do the writing and the back-and-forth, but some information has to come from you and the landowner:
- Details about your business and your hauling vehicles
- The farm or property you plan to use, and the landowner's agreement
We'll give you a clear list at the start, so there's no guessing.
Common questions
Do you guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee a government approval. What we can do is submit a complete, well-prepared application, which gives you the best chance and avoids delays from missing information.
Do you work outside Canada?
Land application approvals are for Canadian septic companies only. Our marketing services, like Google Ads and AI receptionists, are available in the US, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand too.
How do I get your help with a land application agreement?
Contact us and tell us a bit about your business and the site you have in mind. We'll take it from there.
